These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ifxtllc.com and any related services, portals, and communications (collectively, the “Site”) provided by IFXT, LLC (“IFXT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Access to non-public areas of the Site (including the controlled-document portal and issuance links) is restricted. You agree to (a) keep credentials confidential; (b) use documents only for the purpose expressly authorized; (c) not remove, alter, or obscure watermarks, control numbers, or audit metadata; and (d) not share, forward, reproduce, or publish controlled documents without our prior written consent. We may revoke access at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not: (i) interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Site; (ii) access the Site by any automated means other than as expressly permitted; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape any portion of the Site; (iv) upload malware or unlawful content; or (v) use the Site in violation of any law, sanction, or regulation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFXT, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or controlled documents.

11. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
