IFXT, LLC (“IFXT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit ifxtllc.com, engage with our services, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the rights available to you under applicable data protection laws, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), and other United States state privacy statutes.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to prospective clients, clients, counterparties, service providers, website visitors, and users of our secure document portals. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to; those are governed by their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity and contact data: name, title, employer, email, phone, mailing address.
  • Transaction and diligence data: deal information, corporate documentation, financial statements, source-of-funds documentation, and information required for anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.
  • Account and authentication data: credentials, session tokens, and audit logs for our portal.
  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referral source, pages visited, and interaction timestamps, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: correspondence with our team, including any information you voluntarily provide.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

  • Evaluate, structure, negotiate, and administer project financing engagements.
  • Perform KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and other legal and regulatory obligations.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; (b) compliance with legal obligations; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and (d) your consent, where required.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as necessary with: affiliated entities; professional advisors (legal, accounting, tax); financial and diligence counterparties bound by confidentiality; regulators and law-enforcement when legally required; and vetted service providers (hosting, identity, analytics, e-signature, document control) acting under written data-processing terms.

6. International Transfers

Personal information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country not deemed adequate, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where warranted.

Controlled documents issued through our portal carry watermarks and audit trails and may be retained for the life of the associated engagement and applicable limitation periods.

EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in our GDPR/State Privacy Notice, including the right to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not engage in such sharing).
