Our Commitment

IFXT, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C.

Conformance Status

We target substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Substantial conformance means the majority of the site meets the standard, with limited exceptions. We test with a combination of automated tools and manual review, including keyboard navigation and screen-reader spot checks.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML, meaningful headings, and descriptive link text.
  • Sufficient color contrast and support for user font-size and zoom preferences.
  • Keyboard operability for all interactive components and visible focus states.
  • Alternative text on informative images and labels on form controls.
  • Accessible names and roles on custom UI components (ARIA where appropriate).
  • Compatibility with current versions of major screen readers and browsers.

Known Limitations

Some third-party content (for example, embedded documents, e-signature workflows, or partner portals) may not be fully accessible. We work with our vendors to remediate issues and offer accessible alternatives on request.
